Cancellation Policy
Updated Cancellation Policy ❤️
A 100% service fee will be charged for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
For color services, cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 65% cancellation fee.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please text or leave a voicemail at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Please note that I may not receive email notifications promptly if I’m out of the salon.
To manage your appointment online, simply open your confirmation email and select “Manage Appointment” to make any necessary changes.
