Cancellation Policy
There’s a 50% cancellation fee for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Additionally for color services, there’s a 50% fee for cancellations made 48 hours in advance. Thank you for your understanding. If you need assistance canceling an appointment, please text or call and leave a voicemail at least 24 hours in advance to avoid the fee. I may not receive the email if I’m out of the salon.
